2.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Send messages to recipients who have opted out

2.7 Anti-Clone and Anti-Benchmark Protections

You may not:

  • Feature-Parity Cloning: Create products that replicate our core functionality
  • UI/UX Mimicry: Copy our user interface, user experience, or design patterns
  • Dashboard Scraping: Extract data from our analytics or reporting dashboards
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Use our service to benchmark against competing products
  • Reverse Engineering: Analyze our service architecture or algorithms for competitive purposes
  • Substantial Similarity: Create products that are substantially similar to our service
  • Look & Feel Misuse: Replicate the visual appearance or user experience of our service

3. Content Standards

3.1 Professional Communication

All communications must be:

  • Professional and respectful
  • Truthful and accurate
  • Relevant to the recipient
  • Compliant with applicable laws
  • Free from harassment or abuse

3.2 Message Quality

Messages must:

  • Be personalized and relevant
  • Provide value to the recipient

You must ensure that:

4. Rate Limits and Usage Restrictions

  • API Calls: 1,000 requests per minute per account
  • Message Sending: 1,000 messages per hour per account
  • Data Sync: 10,000 records per hour per account
  • File Uploads: 100MB per file, 1GB per day per account

4.2 Dynamic Rate Limiting

We reserve the right to:

  • Reduce Limits: Temporarily or permanently reduce rate limits for abuse prevention
  • Monitor Usage: Continuously monitor usage patterns for compliance
  • Automated Detection: Use automated systems to detect and prevent abuse
  • Immediate Action: Take immediate action against suspected violations

4.3 Compliance Requirements

You must comply with:

  • All applicable local, national, and international laws
  • Data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.)
  • Industry-specific regulations
  • Export control laws

4.2 Platform Compliance

You must comply with:

  • LinkedIn's Terms of Service and User Agreement
  • LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies
  • LinkedIn's Messaging Policies
  • Other platform terms and conditions

4.3 Industry Standards

You must follow:

  • Professional communication standards
  • Industry best practices
  • Ethical business practices
  • Professional codes of conduct

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

5.1 Monitoring

We may monitor your use of our services to:

  • Ensure compliance with this AUP
  • Detect and prevent abuse

6.2 Fee Recovery

For violations that result in enforcement action, we may:

  • Recovery Costs: Recover costs associated with investigation and enforcement
  • Legal Fees: Recover reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs
  • Service Credits: Deduct service credits for violations
  • Additional Charges: Impose additional charges for repeated violations

You may appeal enforcement actions by:

  • Timeline: Submit appeal within 30 days of enforcement action
  • Process: Provide detailed explanation and supporting evidence
  • Review: Independent review by senior management
  • Decision: Final decision within 14 days of appeal submission

We may pursue legal action for:

  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Fraud or financial crimes
  • Other serious violations

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

You are responsible for:
