1. What Our AI Does
On Premium and Agency seats, Genuinelink uses AI to draft LinkedIn outreach, comments, company briefings, and Content Studio posts. Drafts are based on prospect context (such as a profile, company site, or recent post) and the customer's own Intelligence settings (offering, voice, language).
Basic seats do not include AI.
The customer can require a person to approve a draft before it is sent. When that setting is off, approved campaign steps can send without a separate review.
AI output is provided as-is. The customer is responsible for what they send.
2. Fair Use
AI included with a seat is for ordinary use of the product.
If a customer's AI use is not fair, we may limit, suspend, or block AI features on that account. Unfair use includes repeatedly regenerating output, generating outside normal use of the product, and any other pattern that places an unreasonable burden on the Service. The rest of the subscription stays available unless the account is suspended for a separate reason.
